From August 2027, we are looking for several motivated and dedicated apprentices for our Ilgenhalde location for the
Apprenticeship as a Care Specialist EFZ
Specialisation in People with Disabilities
These are your tasks:
- Promoting, accompanying and supporting our children and young people in everyday life (e.g. during meals, learning, personal care or leisure activities)
- Helping to create a varied daily routine
- Assisting with domestic and administrative tasks
- Discussing and planning tasks within the team
- Reflecting on your own actions
What you bring with you:
- You enjoy working with people
- You approach people with disabilities openly and respectfully
- You are responsible, helpful, flexible and have a sense of humour
- You have a secondary school leaving certificate A or B
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing in German
- You enjoy working in a team and are willing to reflect on yourself
