Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (Operations Mechanic)

• Independently perform and report mechanical maintenance, servicing and repair work on equipment
• Analyse and resolve malfunctions in production equipment and infrastructure
• Assemble, dismantle and repair operational equipment
• Contribute to the setup, testing and calibration of new equipment in collaboration with production
• Instruct and support employees in simple troubleshooting and maintenance

• Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechanic
• At least three years of experience as an operations, maintenance or service mechanic
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Flexibility and resilience as well as a strong ability to solve technical problems
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts and rotating on-call duties
