Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (Operations Mechanic)
Tasks
- Independently perform and report mechanical maintenance, servicing and repair work on equipment
- Analyse and resolve malfunctions in production equipment and infrastructure
- Assemble, dismantle and repair operational equipment
- Contribute to the setup, testing and calibration of new equipment in collaboration with production
- Instruct and support employees in simple troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechanic
- At least three years of experience as an operations, maintenance or service mechanic
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Flexibility and resilience as well as a strong ability to solve technical problems
- Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts and rotating on-call duties
