For our client, an established and innovative company in the Reinach AG region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled and solution-oriented individual for an exciting permanent position in the field of furniture construction and customised special solutions.

Are you a trained joiner, possess a strong technical understanding and enjoy transforming individual customer wishes into well-thought-out, economical and feasible solutions? Then an varied position awaits you, where you can optimally apply your expertise, creativity and experience in project management.

Your Tasks

• Independent handling and support of customised projects in furniture construction and interior finishing
• Technical clarification of customer requirements and development of individual special solutions
• Checking technical feasibility considering quality, costs and deadlines
• Preparation of calculations, quotations and technical solution proposals
• Planning and coordination of orders from customer enquiry to implementation
• Close cooperation with sales, design, production planning, purchasing and production
• Technical clarifications regarding materials, fittings and components
• Maintenance and processing of order data in the ERP system
• Support in optimising existing processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Completed training as a joiner EFZ, ideally with further training as a wood technician HF, joinery project manager or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in furniture construction, interior finishing, production planning or technical project management
• Very good technical understanding as well as sound knowledge of materials, fittings and furniture constructions
• Experience in calculation and preparation of quotations
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in developing individual customer solutions
• Good organisational skills and strong cost awareness
• ERP knowledge as well as CAD and production planning experience advantageous
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Team-oriented, reliable and responsible personality
