Health Specialist / Vocational Trainer 80-100%
Your Tasks
- You take on the daily or shift responsibility (mainly early shift and max. 1 weekend per month)
- You work directly in care with a workload of 20-40% and support the staff in complex care situations
- You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation
- You actively participate in the development of concepts and their implementation
- Together with the other vocational trainers, you are responsible for the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices
Your Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Or completion of a profession with an equivalent qualification with the necessary professional knowledge in the FaGe area
- Course certificate as a vocational trainer or at least an SVEB1 qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Good oral and written German skills
- Residents and staff are at the centre of your actions
- In addition, you are an organisational talent
