Building Permit Specialist (80-100 %)

Your tasks

• Processing building applications, building notifications and preliminary enquiries
• Review and legal assessment of building applications and submission of proposals to the Planning and Building Commission and the Municipal Council
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings of the Planning and Building Commission
• Taking minutes of the meetings of the Planning and Building Commission
• Advising builders and architects on building law issues
• Handling administration and enforcement of official decisions
• Acceptance of smaller construction projects
• Support for the Head of the Construction/Planning Department

Your profile

• Training as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience or practical knowledge in planning and building law is an advantage
• Reliable and independent working style
• Flexibility and quick comprehension
• Team spirit and confident German language skills
