Maintenance Employee 70% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the repair and maintenance of the building and surroundings
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on systems and installations of building services engineering
Inspection and maintenance of medical equipment (beds, walkers, etc.)
Troubleshooting and performing various (minor) repairs
Managing the electronic locking and building management system (IT)
Apartment inspections and handovers
Cross-departmental collaboration
Coordination of craftsmen / work
Responsible area safety officer (BESIBE)

What You Bring

Training as a specialist in building maintenance or equivalent, several years of experience in a similar role
You are proficient in IT documentation tools (order system, MS Office)
With your reliable and precise way of working, you achieve high-quality goals
You live service orientation and helpfulness daily in dealing with external and internal customers
You appreciate working with elderly people
You have command of the German language, both spoken and written
Driving license category B is an advantage
