Deputy Group Leader City Police 80-100% - Traffic Control Group

Your tasks

• Supporting the group leader of the traffic control group
• Leading the traffic control group during the group leader’s absence in operational and organisational matters
• Monitoring working hours and expense reimbursements of the group’s employees via the planning and reporting system E3
• Introducing new employees
• Co-assessing the performance of employees (MAG – employee appraisal)
• Planning and conducting traffic police controls
• Processing detected offences in the reporting area
• Patrol duties

Your profile

• Completed professional examination as a police officer BBT (BP or certificate)
• Leadership course I (SPI) or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience as a police officer
• Strong interest in traffic police matters
• Independent working style and decisiveness
• Team-oriented behaviour
