Supervisory Service Lodge Staff in Asylum Services

What you can achieve:

• Access and exit control
• Journal keeping
• Key and bath management
• Appointment coordination
• Maintenance of security systems and technical equipment
• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Coordination of visitors
• Administrative tasks related to operations
• Ensuring the flow of information between authorities and asylum seekers
• Collaboration with care services
• Ensuring incident reports

What you bring:

• At least 20 years old
• Swiss citizen or permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Mobility (driver's license category B, own car mandatory)
• Impeccable reputation 
• Very good German skills (at least B2)
• Second official language or English, at least A2 spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to work shifts (24/7)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Communicative, flexible, good manners, confident appearance, sense of responsibility
• Neat appearance
• Good social skills such as: team player, open-minded, friendly
• Quick comprehension
• Willingness to wear uniformed services
• At least 8 shifts per month
