Role description
- Ensure psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up within the framework of family therapy consultations.
- Support families facing crisis situations related to different stages of family life (bereavement, separation, children leaving home, etc.).
- Assist families in supporting a relative affected by a psychiatric disorder or other health difficulties.
- Intervene in problematic family interaction situations to promote improvement in relational dynamics.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with care teams.
- Participate in unit colloquia as well as general thematic colloquia.
Your profile
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, with a practice authorisation in the canton of Vaud or meeting the criteria for obtaining one.
- Completed or ongoing training in family therapy
- Interest in working in a multidisciplinary team
- Competence in conducting interviews
- Dynamism, flexibility and good stress management
- Ability to work independently and also within teams
