WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT

1st year of apprenticeship

• You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from Switzerland.
• You get to know the routines in the branch
• You will be supported at vocational school and in sales conversations with customers to shine.

2nd year of apprenticeship

• You take responsibility for certain tasks in the branch
• You become a sales professional with the support of your trainer
• You are introduced to ordering goods and warehouse management and help with promotions and seasonal placements.

3rd year of apprenticeship

• You are specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar so that you master it with flying colors.
• You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
• In the third year of apprenticeship, you take on a central role in the branch and can already take responsibility for your own department.
