Internship Portfolio Management
The real estate portfolio of the Canton of Zurich is one of the largest public-law
real estate holdings in Switzerland. The portfolio management team is responsible for its
development and strategic control. It coordinates the needs of the users and represents the
canton internally as well as externally towards third parties as the ownership. From April 2026 or by arrangement, we offer three internship positions for a duration of one year each in different portfolios.

Your tasks
- Get to know the tasks and responsibilities of owner representation within the life cycle of a property through concrete projects
- Apply project management tools
- Independently work on and analyze tasks and develop your own solution approaches as well as
- precisely and concisely prepare results and communicate them using self-chosen media
Your profile
- You are studying in the field of construction or real estate or have recently completed such studies
- You are a team player as well as an independent personality with strong communication skills and service orientation
- You have very good structuring skills, think goal-oriented, and master the German language confidently in spoken and written form
