In this leadership role, you take responsibility for a dedicated customer service team in the security sector and actively shape the further development of our service organisation. Your new tasks

• You lead and develop a customer service team in the security sector in the Reinach region professionally, organisationally, and personally.
• You ensure reliable, customer-oriented, and economical order and service processing – from planning through coordination to successful implementation.
• You are responsible for the professional, timely, and commercial achievement of your team’s goals and ensure transparency regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and resources.
• You plan and manage personnel and material resources and ensure optimal utilisation as well as forward-looking deployment planning.
• You promote the development of your employees, strengthen teamwork, and create an environment where personal responsibility and continuous improvement are lived.
• You review existing processes, identify optimisation potentials, and implement improvements together with your team and across departments.
• You work closely with internal interfaces, sales, project organisation, and customers, thereby significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and the success of our security organisation.

Your talents and experience

• You have completed training in electrical, security, or building technology or IT training with relevant further education at HF/FH/NDS/CAS level – or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in service or project environments, ideally in security, building, or electrical technology.
• You bring leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
• You understand business contexts, work in a structured manner, and make decisions with a view to quality, customer benefit, and economic efficiency.
• You are a resilient, committed, and communicative personality who motivates people, takes responsibility, and constructively shapes change.
• You work confidently with MS Office and use digital tools efficiently in leadership and daily work.
• You communicate very well in German, both spoken and written; English skills and/or another national language are an advantage.
