Solicitor / Lawyer Restructuring and Corporate Law 100%

For our office in Zurich, we are looking for a solicitor or lawyer interested in corporate law issues in the context of restructurings, company sales and financings, as well as at the interface with stock exchange law.

The position is as diverse as our practice. You will support companies, boards of directors and other decision-makers in restructurings within and outside insolvency proceedings as well as in legally challenging liability situations. In addition, you will structure joint ventures, including cross-border ones, accompany financing rounds and advise listed companies on ad hoc publicity and other stock exchange law topics.

We are looking for a personality with curiosity, creativity and enjoyment of varied issues. Whether with initial professional experience or directly after studies and bar exam: important are a good legal eye, interest in economic contexts and the willingness to engage with new things.

What awaits you with us:

• Participation in and gradual independent management of mandates in complex restructurings and insolvency-related situations
• Advice to listed and non-listed companies as well as boards of directors on corporate law and governance issues
• Insight into a variety of different business models and their structured representation in tailor-made contractual structures
• Support of financing rounds and company acquisitions at the interface of law, strategy and negotiation
• Collaboration in a broadly and cross-functionally positioned team with direct insight into entrepreneurially relevant decisions

• Confident communication in German and English, both spoken and written
