Your tasks:
Logistics:
- General administrative tasks in the logistics area
- Process responsibility for EDI
- Coordination of SPORT deliveries including deadline monitoring
- Coordination and process responsibility for direct deliveries of teamwear and major customers
- Maintenance of inventory and booking of goods movements in the ERP system
- Communication with purchasing, sales, and warehouse staff
Accounting:
- Recording, checking, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Cash management
- Independent handling of association billing
- Maintenance and control of accounting data in the ERP system
- Preparation of regular reports
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Confident German language skills
- French spoken, an advantage
- Professional experience in sales and accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
