Your main tasks
- Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships as the central contact person for all IT service matters.
- Analyzing customer needs, advising on IT services, and developing tailored solutions in collaboration with internal departments.
- Sustainable acquisition of new customers.
- Coordination of disruptions and service requests.
- Close coordination and communication with customers and internal teams, including escalation management.
- Structured documentation in CRM and ITSM systems.
These qualifications are especially important to us
- Several years of experience in the cloud and managed services environment.
- Strong customer orientation, high social competence, sociability, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
- Independent and responsible working style as well as analytical and result-oriented thinking and approach.
- Above-average commitment, persuasiveness, and conflict resolution skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
