ORIGINALS
GIAN HÄNE
Gian Häne (*1979, raised in Davos) lives and works in Chur. He studied Fine Arts at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2000 to 2005 and completed a Master’s degree in Art in Public Space from 2008 to 2010.
Woodcut-like elements blend with drawing, painting, and sculptural components in Gian Häne’s work. The invisible exerts an important influence on the visible in his creations. The outer shell certainly leaves the first impression. But those who know the surface usually want to know what lies beneath.
