For an established trust company with national and international clients in a prime location in the city of Zurich, we are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys working independently, personally supports clients and at the same time enjoys taking responsibility in a committed team.
You can expect a varied portfolio of mandates, a professional environment and a workplace where your professional development is actively supported.
Type of Work
- You take a central role in client support and are a reliable contact person for your mandates
- Independent management of various companies and SME mandates
- Responsible for ongoing financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements
- VAT returns
- Managing payroll mandates
- Payroll and personnel administration
- Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Professional collaboration with staff from the processing department
- Support in the acquisition and integration of new clients
- Contact person for clients on fiduciary and financial matters

Requirements Profile
- A Swiss federal diploma in trust services or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in managing and leading trust mandates
- Enjoyment of independent work and taking responsibility
- A structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach
- A professional and committed manner towards clients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills for supporting a partly international client environment
- Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge and support other employees
