Your tasks – versatile and future-oriented

• Active participation in the development and expansion of the self-consumption optimization area
• Customer support in the area of self-consumption optimization with a focus on Solar Manager
• Internal specialist around the Solar Manager
• Close cooperation with the monitoring team focusing on operational optimizations
• Technical consulting and support of pilot or demanding projects up to the integration of new products
• Analysis of existing systems to identify optimization potentials
• Technical support for customer inquiries – remote and on-site
• Close cooperation with the assembly/service area – especially in training, technical support, and AVOR
• Independent scheduling within defined target specifications
• Participation in trade fairs and customer seminars to deepen know-how and maintain the network

You bring – strong professionally, convincing personally

• Completed basic technical training (electrician)
• Further education in building, energy, or environmental technology (HF level)
• Solid expertise in energy and building technology (e.g., battery storage, inverters, charging stations, etc.)
• Experience with the Solar Manager product is an advantage
• Confident handling of digital tools as well as common MS Office applications
• Driver's license B and flexibility for occasional on-site assignments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Neat appearance, high reliability, and a loyal mindset
