Job Description
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of building technical systems, facilities and infrastructure
- Planning and conducting electrical safety inspections
- Defining and implementing measures for energy and operational optimisation
- Independently carrying out inspections and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and performing first interventions
- Obtaining and preparing quotations
- Independent management of sub-projects
- Coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ / assembly electrician EFZ
- Several years of professional experience with HVACSE systems
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- Good IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
