Company Description
The Zurich City West hotel complex combines three hotel brands from AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – and offers 459 rooms accommodating around 1,000 guests. The 4-star business hotel Novotel Zurich City West has 144 rooms, including five suites. In our restaurant "The Flave" we serve à la carte dishes and menus that combine local influences with Mediterranean elegance. In addition, our guests have access to a bar, five seminar and banquet rooms, two escape rooms, as well as an indoor pool with a fitness room.
To complement our Front Office team, we are looking for a service-oriented, motivated, and cheerful personality for a full-time position (100%) starting May 2026 (m/f/d).

Job Description
- Check-in and check-out as well as warm hospitality for our international guests
- Preparation and handling of group arrivals and departures
- General concierge duties and answering incoming phone calls
- Receiving and solution-oriented handling of guest concerns
- Room allocation, departure control, cash management, billing, and other exciting tasks
Qualifications
- Training in hospitality or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Ideally, first professional experience in direct guest contact
- Very good German and English skills
- High flexibility and commitment
- Strong team spirit
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests and high service orientation
