Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialised professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and agile personality as Deputy Head of Nursing Service.

During the induction period, your focus will be on needs assessments, care planning and nursing assignments. The aim is to get to know our clients and employees. This will be followed by a gradual introduction to further areas of responsibility as Deputy Head of Nursing Service.

• Independent execution of nursing and medical-technical measures
• Conducting needs assessments, creating care plans and supporting the control of service recording within the nursing team (nursing controlling)
• Professional, organisational and personnel support of our Head of Nursing Service
• Reference and contact person for our clients, family members, doctors and other involved parties
• Introduction and support of new colleagues
• Daily responsibility with on-call duty (in fair rotation)

• A completed qualification as a registered nurse
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a home care service as well as in a management role
• Knowledge of duty and deployment planning
• You have an independent and reliable working style and enjoy taking responsibility
• You enjoy applying your skills in a dynamic environment
• You act reflectively and solution-oriented even in complex or unexpected situations
• You are keen on a modern and digital working environment
• You hold a category B driving licence and enjoy driving
