Your tasks

• Supporting the head of nursing in organisational and administrative tasks.
• Representing the head of nursing during their absence.
• Ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.
• Leading and supporting the nursing team in daily routines.
• Contributing to the development of care processes and internal standards.
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition.
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in Spitex.
• Experience in a leadership position or interest in developing into this role.
• Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Enjoy working with people and fostering a positive team climate.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
