These are your tasks
- You are part of our interdisciplinary project teams and contribute significantly with your expertise to efficient and effective project management and organisation.
- You are responsible for financial planning and project controlling of the assigned projects and maintain the financial control instruments to ensure effective project monitoring.
- In procurement, you support the preparation of documents and take on contract and change order management.
- You create stage-appropriate project reports, evaluations and documents, play a key role in managing project risks and milestones, and also support the preparation of project, procurement and credit applications.
- You take on general administrative tasks such as organising and minute-taking of meetings and workshops or managing project documentation.
- Depending on needs and your interests, you take on additional cross-project tasks.
These are your key competencies
- You bring proven experience in project management or PMO, preferably in complex infrastructure or railway projects.
- You have completed training and/or further education in finance and project controlling or have a comparable qualification or several years of professional experience.
- You are familiar with relevant procurement processes and experienced in contract and change order management – from preparation and assessment to completion of the change order process as well as contract modifications.
- You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as common project management tools.
- You work independently, structured and organised and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
- You convince with strong coordination and communication skills, enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
