Managing Director (Traffic Engineering)

In this key position, you bear overall responsibility for strategic, operational and personnel management. You ensure continuity, further develop organisation and skills, and strengthen the market position in a specialised, technologically driven environment. You initiate innovative impulses, drive them forward together with the team and thus promote sustainable business development. In addition, you actively maintain relationships with public clients, customers and partners, acquire new projects and take responsibility in critical project phases. Alongside pronounced

you have an engineering education in the fields of traffic, electrical, civil/construction engineering or computer science as well as business management training. You bring leadership experience, entrepreneurial understanding and a proven track record in project business – ideally in traffic or infrastructure engineering and in the environment of public clients. You convince through customer proximity, organisational strength, initiative, clear communication and a cooperative leadership style.
