• Activity rate: 80%

Your duties:

As part of your activities, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting patients while ensuring a professional, caring and safe environment. You will also manage appointments as well as all administrative tasks related to medical secretarial work. Your responsibilities will also include, if you hold a Federal VET Diploma, preparing medical equipment, assisting practitioners during consultations and performing care under the supervision of the doctor.

Your skills:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Rigour, autonomy and team spirit
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress
• Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of the Mediway software is an advantage
