Specialist in Cleaning Technology EFZ 100%Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 women and men with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for criminal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.
The Uitikon Measures Centre (MZU) is JuWe's socio-pedagogical and therapeutic competence centre for the criminal and measure enforcement of juvenile and young adult offenders.
For our Hospitality-Housekeeping operation, we are looking for a committed, socially competent and resilient individual as a trainer and deputy operations manager Hospitality-Housekeeping from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You hold the professional responsibility for the cleaning area. You ensure an efficient and smooth daily operation
- You professionally lead up to four employees
- With your effective deployment planning and monitoring of correct processes, you ensure optimal resource utilisation
- You establish the basic training in cleaning technology and will in future be responsible for the vocational training of juvenile and young adult offenders in your area
- You represent the operations manager during their absence and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a Specialist in Cleaning Technology EFZ, formerly Building Cleaner EFZ
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience and hold the federal specialist certificate as well as the SVEB training or are motivated to complete it promptly
- Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you navigate the workday confidently and competently
- You enjoy training and supporting apprentices and have already gained initial experience in this area
- You command the German language confidently in speech and writing and are proficient in using MS Office applications
- You are physically and mentally resilient and remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
- Your reputation is impeccable and you are at least 28 years old
