At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. At the PZJE, we treat young adults aged 16 to 25 with disorders from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The centre comprises 30 inpatient treatment places. Treatment is carried out according to the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic and nursing knowledge. 

• Therapeutic case management of inpatient patients under supervision 
• Responsible for admission, diagnostics and multimodal therapy in an interprofessional team
• Conducting psychotherapeutic group sessions
• Weekend and late shifts at the PZJE

• Medical diploma recognised in Switzerland (MEBEKO)
• Started psychotherapy training desirable 
• Experience in diagnostics and treatment of mental disorders advantageous
• Beginners or those from other specialities with high willingness to learn and interest in the field welcome

• Further training in the exciting field of transition psychiatry
• Structured collaboration under guidance in central therapy offerings such as DBT and Safewards
• Close psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and internal medicine supervision
• Recognised training centre A for the specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy with comprehensive training content
