Permitta AG is seeking, on behalf of AareCare GmbH, dedicated Health Specialists EFZ (FaGe) with a workload of 40–100 %.

AareCare is a growing Spitex company based in Brügg (BE). The company accompanies and supports people in their familiar home environment and places great value on personal, respectful, and professional care.

For the service area Biel, Brügg and Seeland, we are looking for individuals who enjoy nursing, can work independently, and are willing to take responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Independent execution of care and support assignments at clients' homes
• Provision of basic and treatment care within your competencies
• Observation and documentation of health status
• Recognising and reporting changes in care needs
• Collaboration with qualified nursing professionals, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Electronic care documentation and adherence to quality standards
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of our clients

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment of outpatient care and personal contact with people
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction with clients
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of digital work tools
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
