• Independent advice and support for people with diabetes mellitus in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Individual therapy planning and promotion of self-management in close cooperation with patients
• Care and training in the use of modern diabetes technologies (CGM, insulin pumps, hybrid closed-loop systems)
• Close interprofessional collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, nutritional counselling and other specialist areas
• Professional advice and training of employees
• Active participation in shaping, further developing and expanding diabetes counselling and diabetological care quality.

Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Zollikerberg Hospital. Under one roof, we combine internal medicine, surgery, nephrology with dialysis centre, emergency department, eye centre, medical outpatient clinic, day clinic and other specialised areas. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2,500 inpatients annually, the Clinic for Surgery over 1,500. With more than 6,000 emergency consultations and over 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we offer a diverse and demanding medical working environment.
