Dispatcher / Coordinator (m/f)

Your tasks

• Recording of telephone and written repair reports in SAP and the dispatch tool
• Scheduling of technician deployments
• Planning and coordination of maintenance work
• Processing and monitoring of all customer concerns
• Communication with customers, technicians and suppliers by phone or email
• Support in the preparation of repair quotations
• Invoicing of service assignments
• Continuous master data maintenance and further development of dispatching

Your qualifications

• Commercial training or training in the technical field
• Professional experience in dispatching and service organisations
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Customer-oriented, professional and precise working
• Clear and structured thinking, quick comprehension
• Resilient and team-oriented
• Confident telephone manner
• Good German skills, spoken and written
