As part of a permanent recruitment, our client, a planning and construction management office, is looking for their future TCE Project Manager. You will join a dynamic, stable, and experienced team. This new position supports the development of the company’s activity, a stable and controlled growth.

Project Manager

Training as an architect/engineer ETS, HES, building draftsman CFC or engineering degree from a foreign school
Solid experience in managing TCE projects in Switzerland
Proficiency in IT tools and comfortable with numbers
Leader and team spirit
Quality and customer service oriented
Analytical, synthesis and organisational skills Management of TCE projects (construction management and/or EG)
Client relationship management
Management of contractors / Design optimisation
Work scheduling
Tender management (drafting, negotiation)
Team management Supervision
Coordination of subcontractors
Financial and contractual management
