What awaits you
- Versatile role, in close collaboration with the Specialized Sales and Account Management teams, also responsible for analysing customer needs and developing economically relevant customised solutions. This ranges from technical concepts to cloud and security architectures, including network infrastructures.
- Supporting the sales team during technical customer meetings, workshops and webinars (mostly remote), as well as participating in the preparation of technical offers and the clear communication of complex content.
- Responsibility for technical clarifications and system integration in customer projects, as well as close collaboration with the Business Unit and manufacturers to evaluate new technologies and develop solution and offer designs.

- Conducting internal and external training sessions, ensuring the continuation of technical support, while identifying new business opportunities within the existing installed base.
- Close collaboration with Sales, Commercial teams and other departments, as well as strong autonomy in organising and structuring your scope of activities within the defined framework of skills and responsibilities.
What you bring
- Completed basic technical training, supplemented by corresponding continuing education and ideally additional certifications; a university of applied sciences or technical college degree is an advantage.
- Strong network in the Physical Security field, as well as several years of practical experience in the ICT environment, particularly in System Engineering.
- Experience in preparing complex offers, as well as in technical consulting with customers and conducting workshops, presentations and training sessions.
- You are proficient in IT infrastructures as well as common commercial tools such as CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent command of French and good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Having an existing network in the physical security field is a plus.
- A confident and professional attitude, a strong taste for customer contact and strong communication skills with clients and manufacturers.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working approach, high sense of responsibility, team spirit, passion for technology and availability for occasional travel (approx. 10%).
