Events & Project Manager (100%) (m, f, d)

Your tasks
You plan, coordinate and execute medical events (advisory boards, symposia, congress satellites, investigator meetings) from conception to follow-up.
You create detailed project plans, define milestones, monitor timelines and manage budgets using established project management methods.
You coordinate internal teams (healthbook team, medical writer, graphics, IT) as well as external service providers and venues, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
You identify risks early, document deviations and proactively develop solution scenarios.
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. transparency regulations, pharmaceutical industry compliance guidelines) at all events.
You conduct structured project reviews and lessons-learned analyses and continuously optimise internal processes and templates.
You professionally manage client relationships, prepare meetings in a structured manner and document results and decisions comprehensibly.
Your profile
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
Completed studies, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, event management or a comparable field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in pharma, biotech, medtech or healthcare communication.
Confident use of PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana.
Experience with budget planning and controlling as well as creating and maintaining project plans and RACI matrices.
Knowledge in event organisation: vendor management, venue selection, logistics coordination, on-site management.
Familiarity with compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. EFPIA code, transparency regulations) is an advantage.
PM certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or comparable) is a plus.
