Accounts Payable Clerk
(70% - 80%)
You have a flair for numbers, enjoy daily accounts payable tasks and also take pleasure in projects, then we look forward to meeting you:
Your tasks
- Validate and process accounts payable invoices with our system "Tangro"
- Maintain master data in SAP
- Create the weekly payment run
- Handle reminders and bank statements
- Competently respond to enquiries from our suppliers and internal departments
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure cover during absences within the team
- Assist with projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ level) as a businesswoman / businessman, with experience in accounts payable
- Cheerful, trustworthy and open personality with a quick grasp
- Self-initiative and organisational talent
- Enjoyment in further developing our Tangro system
- Solution-oriented and precise working
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills
- Good German skills, French and English are an advantage
- Workdays on Thursday and Friday (full day) are fixed
