To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, sales-strong, and service-oriented personality who passionately manages and further develops our seminar and event area.

Job Description

• Receiving and professionally processing seminar and event inquiries
• Creating offers, contracts, and reservation confirmations
• Competent customer advice – personally on site, by phone, and by email
• Active support of our seminar and event guests as the central contact person
• Independent management and coordination of events
• Preparation of seminar rooms as well as setup and dismantling of coffee breaks
• Support in acquiring MICE customers in the local market
• Conducting house tours
• Market observation and proactive identification of sales opportunities

Qualifications

• A completed training in hospitality (gastronomy)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and independent working style
• Confident, professional appearance
• High quality awareness as well as a pronounced guest and service orientation
