Our Key Account Management DACH department in Wallisellen (Switzerland) is looking for an employee

Point of Sales (POS) Assistant (m/f) (working 80%)

The position concerns the area: Fribourg / Bern

Role and tasks:

• Support of all key account branches in the defined area according to fixed weekly plans
• Implement layouts and layout changes at the POS
• Work through defined checklists per key account at each visit and send reports to HQ / The reports are sent via email
• Control of deliveries at the POS
• Process end consumer orders
• Monitor backlog lists
• Carry out permanent inventory control in KA branches (parameter controls in the customers' system)
• Ensure reporting to KA Sales Assistant Manager and HQ
• Permanent market observation (trade, competition) and corresponding feedback
• Assist with inventory at consignment customers
• Set up and dismantle salesware at consignment customers (including return of goods)
• Short training sessions on current key concept series at the POS and assistance with reorder deliveries
• Monitor the number of pins per module and report accordingly to HQ
• Report quality defects

Your ideal profile:

• Relevant practical experience in retail sales / merchandising
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, cooperative working style as well as excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driver's license required
