Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop the branch: you assume overall responsibility for its management and strategic development, taking into account the company’s economic objectives.
• Achieve commercial and financial targets: you are responsible for turnover, profitability, costs and EBITDA. You monitor and analyse key performance indicators and implement the necessary measures to achieve the set objectives.
• Manage and grow your team: you lead, motivate and support a team of around 10 employees and promote their professional development.
• Conduct employee interviews: you carry out individual and quarterly reviews, provide regular feedback, evaluate performance and agree objectives with your employees.
• Manage by objectives: you set clear goals and ensure regular monitoring of their achievement according to the MbO (Management by Objectives) approach.
• Ensure operational efficiency: you organise, coordinate and actively participate in daily activities in sales and the workshop, respecting quality, safety and deadline requirements.
• Ensure compliance with rules: you guarantee the application of internal guidelines as well as current legal and regulatory provisions.
• Optimise processes: you plan, manage and continuously improve processes and working methods to ensure effective organisation.
• Put the customer at the centre: you ensure the provision of quality service, an impeccable customer experience and a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage stock: in close collaboration with headquarters, you ensure an optimal stock level is maintained.
• Collaborate within the company: you work closely with other branches and various departments at headquarters.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a motorcycle mechanic, retail manager or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in a similar role and proven experience in leading a team.
• You have very good command of German and French
• You have an excellent team spirit and know how to mobilise your employees around common goals.
• You are a confident personality who knows how to assert yourself and make decisions, results-oriented, with a structured, pragmatic and solution-focused working approach.
• You work independently, reliably and efficiently, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.
• You hold a valid driving licence for categories A and B.
