What you can achieve with us
You work in a residential group with about 8-10 multiply impaired children and adolescents. Together with a motivated team, you accompany the children outside of school hours. This also includes household and administrative tasks. In doing so, you gain diverse insights into the daily life of a social institution, collect valuable experiences, and expand your skills. You will be supported by professionals during the internship.
What you bring with you
You are interested in dealing with child- and youth-specific topics and the impairments of the target group as well as nursing tasks. You communicate appreciatively and clearly. Irregular working hours do not bother you. You have empathy and a sense of humor. In addition, you are resilient and characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Adolescents Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to promote and support people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the promotion and support of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple impairments, or from the autism spectrum.
