We are looking for an engaged person with expertise in the field of autism to strengthen our team at the Specialist Unit for Increased Structure Needs, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Employee Specialist Unit for Increased Structure Needs
These are your tasks
- Professional advice and support for employees of the foundation as well as case support for teams in dealing with clients with autism and increased structure needs
- Support and accompaniment of families in challenging life situations within the framework of social pedagogical family support in the context of autism
- Consultation of external professionals, institutions and schools in the field of autism and increased structure needs
- Planning and conducting internal and external training sessions and specialist inputs with a focus on autism
- Workload: 80%
What you bring with you
- Completed training in social pedagogy or comparable qualification
- Further training in the field of autism, coaching or family support (e.g. CAS) or willingness to complete this
- Experience working with people with autism and ideally experience in counselling or family support
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Team spirit, empathy, openness to diverse cultures
- Driving licence category B
