In this role, your responsibilities would include:You develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software productsYou lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support to help achieve project goalsYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resourcesYou monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standardsYou manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely follow-up on issues.You stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assuranceYou represent the Software Testing Team within the extended R&D Leadership team
