As an artisan, Suard pursues its quality research strategy at all levels, from respecting manufacturing processes to selecting regional suppliers and quality raw materials. For example, the white flour used in all its products comes from Fribourg and is IP-Suisse certified.
The quality of our products is also guaranteed by purchasing products from sustainable trade. That is why we have decided to use only MSC-certified tuna and salmon, a label recommended by WWF that guarantees sustainable fishing.
