Become part of our FACILITY MANAGEMENT team. As the central point of contact for buildings, infrastructure, security, and mobility, we contribute daily to ensuring that our locations are operated efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
 

Take on responsibility with us from February / March or by arrangement:

FACILITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE 80-100% - ZURICH

YOUR TASKS:

• Management and maintenance of company pool vehicles, including organising tyre changes, servicing, and other appointments
• Execution and coordination of general maintenance work in the office building, for example on copiers, kitchen appliances, and other facilities
• Procurement and management of safety equipment for our employees
• Deputising for the team leader during absences
• Supporting the facility management team in managing the reception area
• Assisting with internal and external mail management
• Taking on on-call duties in rotation with the team
• Active participation in emergencies, for example in first aid measures and evacuations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance, or comparable technical or craft training
• Several years of work experience is an advantage
• Manual and technical understanding
• Reliable personality with high independence, service and team orientation
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to take on on-call duties
• Willingness to take responsibility in emergency situations
• Fluent German skills and basic English
