The Medical Service ensures the medical care of the children, adolescents, and adults entrusted to us around the clock. It offers professional advice and support to the care staff and is in direct contact with the clients.
- Leadership, advice, and decision-making on nursing and medical issues in the residential groups for children and adults
- First aid in medical emergencies involving clients, staff, and visitors
- Organization and assurance of collaboration with the foundation doctor, specialists, and external professional agencies
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Responsible for the correct execution of medical prescriptions
- Independent execution of treatment care
- Participation in the nursing process of the clients
- Maintaining a clean and complete progress documentation in easyDOK
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Independent and structured working style
- Taking responsibility for reacting and making decisions
- Committed personality who enjoys working in a small team
- Willingness to work night shifts
