You want to do more than just provide care; you want to help develop structures? In this role, you actively shape the establishment of an in-house Spitex and take responsibility within the nursing service.
For an institution in the Seeland region, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (50%) starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. The focus is on building an in-house Spitex, further developing the nursing service, and providing professional support in daily nursing care.
Your tasks with the new employer
- Actively participate in the implementation of the in-house Spitex and take on needs assessment with interRAI HC including service planning, control, and billing
- Lead the four-person nursing service organisationally and personnel-wise and further develop structures, processes, and nursing quality
- Advise residential groups and workshops on nursing issues and coordinate collaboration with the nursing home doctor’s practice, relatives, legal representatives, and other specialist agencies
- Perform medical-technical tasks, maintain progress documentation in easyDOK, and organise and accompany medical appointments
You offer your new employer
- Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, AKP, or DN II with professional experience in a comparable environment
- Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC as well as experience in implementing projects in the nursing sector
- Leadership experience is desirable, ideally complemented by leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
- Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care, an independent and solution-oriented working style, driving licence category B, and confident use of Microsoft 365
