Planning and building is a daily challenge for us, which we approach with great joy and commitment. With our dynamic team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we get to realise with renowned architects and clients.YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring the quality of various construction projects in the realisation and commissioning phases
- Acceptance / approval of construction projects for institutional as well as private clients
- Reporting / defect management / review and approval of QS documents
- Creating / modifying inspection procedures, test protocols and checklists
- Processing and evaluating risk matrices
- Documenting, compiling and analysing measurement results and test protocols
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g. certified technician HF with professional experience and additional qualifications in quality management is an advantage
- Experience with quality management system requirements according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 9100 is an advantage
- Experience in the realisation of construction projects (site management) is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and efficient working style in a digital environment
- Assertive, well-organised and reliable person
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
