Your area of responsibility
In the role of Teamleader Datacenter Service Technician (a), you take on central responsibility for the successful implementation and further development of our service processes. You lead and develop a dedicated team and ensure that our customer orders are handled efficiently and with the highest service quality.
Your tasks include:
- Leading and developing employees to ensure a high-performing and motivated team
- Coordinating, managing, and supporting customer orders to ensure smooth processing
- Ensuring efficient delivery processes and continuously optimising service quality
- Managing and monitoring projects, including escalation management, to proactively address challenges
- Working closely with internal departments and external partners to create synergies and achieve common goals
Your skills
- You bring experience as a team leader, ideally in the datacentre or infrastructure environment, and convince with a structured and solution-oriented working style. Your high social and communication skills enable you to motivate and successfully lead teams.
- A strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness characterise you as well as sound technical knowledge in the areas of power and connectivity. This combination makes you a crucial interface between technology and team.
- With your expertise and commitment, you contribute significantly to maintaining service quality at the highest level and driving innovative solutions forward
