- Strong communication skills in German and English; other languages a plus.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the training strategy in the Food & Beverage area as well as operational contact person for the management of the restaurant outlets
- Planning, coordination and implementation of trainings including onboarding and introduction days for new employees in the F&B and hotel sector
- Ensuring and further developing quality management including work instructions and quality documents
- Compliance with Forbes, LQA and SDH standards taking into account internal processes and ISO guidelines
- Analysis of guest reports as well as creation and evaluation of monthly and individual training and development plans
- Additional tasks supporting projects, meetings and events in the F&B area
Your Profile
- Completed training in hospitality or comparable education
- Professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector, ideally in 4- or 5-star hotels
- Experience in training and quality management is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, reliable and responsible personality with initiative and team spirit
