Spitex Horgen-Oberrieden, with around 85 employees, ensures out-of-hospital care and support for the approximately 28,000 residents of the municipalities of Horgen and Oberrieden. With our range of services, we enable people of all ages to live in their familiar surroundings for a long time.

Your task

You carry out nursing and care activities for our clients according to the care plan.  As a communicative personality, you find it easy to actively collaborate with our clients as well as exchange information with the care team. We also appreciate your initiative in interdisciplinary cooperation. 

Your profile

• You enjoy working with sick and elderly people
• You are used to performing your tasks independently
• You are flexible and reliable
• You have good oral and written German skills (at least B2)
• You are proficient in IT applications
• You hold a category B driving licence
