To provide administrative support to our Academy in Würenlingen, we are looking for a motivated, proactive and reliable individual to assist our Safety Officer (SiBe) in daily operations and actively contribute to the further development of our safety culture.

Occupational Safety Clerk (50-60%) (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• You support our SiBe in operational daily business and administrative tasks related to occupational safety.

• You coordinate internal safety training sessions, prepare documents and ensure complete documentation and follow-up.

• You assist in the further development and implementation of our company safety concept.

• You accompany the follow-up of site inspections and the planning of measures.

• If interested and with appropriate experience, you independently conduct periodic safety audits and inspections on our construction sites.

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship, preferably with experience in the construction environment

• Interest in occupational safety and a strong flair for administrative processes

• Training as KOPAS or ASGS safety assistant is an advantage

• Structured, reliable and independent working style

• Confident appearance and assertiveness

• Fluent communication in German

• Driving licence category B is mandatory
