Team Leader Spitex 80-100% from February 2027

Your tasks

• You lead, accompany and develop your nursing team professionally and personally
• You promote open, appreciative collaboration and provide your team with orientation in everyday life
• You ensure professional, needs-oriented care and further develop care quality with your team
• You work closely with relatives, medical professionals and other partners
• You contribute to the further development of our organisation and accompany changes
• You participate in the annual operational development days

What you bring with you

• A qualification as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in Spitex
• A completed leadership training or the willingness to undertake one
• Organisational skills, decisiveness and clear, respectful communication
• Enjoyment in supporting employees and developing sustainable solutions together
• The willingness to ensure the care of our clients together with your nursing team
• You are digitally proficient and naturally use modern work tools in everyday life
